No longer available at his site, in fact his site is no longer available. Do you perchance have this morph?
I will try to get in touch with MotoTsume about the file. His site is there, it is just that the download only sends 27.8 KBs before stopping; for me this is the case.
Update (Oct. 7, 2013): The site and the file had no issues, the file is actually 27.8 KBytes. I thought it was a larger file. Anyway, it would seem that you have issues with your Internet connection if you still can’t get to the site or download the file from the link in the post.
